I went to one of the "special event" Target stores last night for their midnight opening.

There was also a raffle, three giant Chewie dolls given away to random customers. I missed it by two digits!

It was a lot of fun, chatting with other fans of all ages, feeling the excitement.

The Disney store here was pretty packed with stuff. My wife ordered herself a BB-8 online last night. Then regretted it as she could have gotten it quicker in the store. Now she has to wait!

Spherio BB-8: SO MUCH WANT!

I did stop by a well stocked Target Friday morning -- no lines, no waiting -- and picked up the new X-wing Minis Core Set that I was looking for, then proceeded to have a blast flying Poe Dameron at our regular Friday Night X-Wing Tournament.
