I'm excited. :) I see it as an opportunity, and custom dice instead of using the same, old, standard, boring dice used in just about every other RPG... I'm good with that. I also like that they are releasing the Galaxy in stages instead of trying to cram everything into a single book. I also see the release of the three games as it's own Trilogy...and you can't do Star Wars without a good Trilogy. ;) We start off on the fringes, away from thee core, exploring the Outer Rim. We are dealing with the underbelly of the galaxy... Then we get recruited by the Rebel Alliance and enter the Galactic fray against the evil Empire, helping world's slip through Imperial grasp, saving lives against the machinations of the Emporer... And finally things surge to an epic scale when you learn you might have a destiny, and a link to a mysterious mystical power and possibly could be one of the few Jedi left in the galaxy. You learn about the Sith, and as your power grows you could very well be the only hope in a galaxy ruled by the tyrannical Sith (Emperor), and you have the power to change history. I'm stoked. :D
