I think two rolls, both using the UtF skill: the first to determine how large of an object one can pick up (and how much damage it will do) and one to hit the target. Granted, the UtF roll may have a much higher modifier than the to-hit roll given Skill Expertise, but then there are a lot of feats that help to raise the normal to-hit rolls of other characters. So maybe that's balanced.I'd have it use one action if they wanted to pick something up and throw it in one round. Alternately, the initial Move Object use could be changed to a Bonus Action and the attack would require an Action.</blockquote>
