So I have some thoughts on this: A) Has anyone in-show called them "Sith" or even alluded to it? Because the philosophy the "Dark Helmet" person has offered doesn't really line up with Sith philosophy at all and there are certainly other Dark Side weirdoes out there. There's no "master your rage and hate" and instead a lot of "yo kill Jedi pls but you'll have to do it on hard mode to get my respect". EDIT - Apparently interviews etc. have repeatedly referred to "Sith" so that makes sense to use - though obviously more may be going on. B) Faking it to scare the Jedi is certainly possible, and kind of seems like a High Republic sort of plotline, but I think would feel a little weak. I can see plots you could build off that though. The "hard mode" (i.e. no weapons) does kind of lend support to this. C) Master Indara does seem like a very obvious suspect - she's about the right size too. She kind of went out like a punk and also there's Law & Order syndrome, where the most famous actor is always the murderer. Plus the "Jedi with stupid ideas who has gone rogue" is a classic. Sometimes IMDb can be a help here by showing how many episodes someone is credited in, but Disney are clearly being tricky bastards here, because characters I know for a fact are in future episodes (from the trailer) are only credited for the two episodes we've seen so far. It is indeed notable that all the suspects you list fall into the "only credited for episodes we've already seen" category (whereas two characters it physically couldn't be are credited for all eight). Also holy hell Qimir was Manny Jacinto, his face did seem familiar but it was such a different character I didn't clock that, very unusual for me, good job Manny! D) There's no way it's Rwoh - she's a very positive, upbeat, role-model-type character to the point of being in children's picture-books and stuff. Even if the showrunner was a massive edgelord (which she isn't), Disney wouldn't allow it. I was actually surprised how stern she was - she's never like that and barely even serious much in the books - I guess being a Jedi Master will do that to ya. E) Qimir is a pretty strong suspect for at least a quasi-Sith, given he almost effortlessly defeated Mae in hand-to-hand combat and so far has always been able to help her in exactly the ways she needs, and immediately too, but it seems like it may almost be too obvious. If so he able to mask being Dark Side very well but then so was Sidious, so maybe that's a common Sith technique. F) Yellow lightsabres are extremely common in all High Republic stuff - almost to the point of being the default. So I suspect that's just a general High Republic reference - but the Selkath sure isn't, and the showrunner/writer (Leslye Headland) is a big fan of EU/Legends stuff so I expect we'll see more deep cuts.
