I get it. No one is allowed to have a negative opinion unless it is nefarious and toxic. I have dislike all of the Disney Plus live action shows. The Mando season 1 and 2 were mid, at best. I thought 1/3 of Andor was really excellent but bogged down by the rest of the 2/3. Rogue was was great for half the movie. I always skip the first half of the movie. I never understand why so many people think it is great except maybe stockholm syndrome. Force Awakens had potential. I loved Rey and Finn and their relationship. I was not a fan of Poe. I wanted more Rey and Finn, especially Finn. Boyega was great and utterly misused. I enjoyed the animated offering much more. Rebels, Clone Wars 7 and Bad Batch were good and I enjoyed the characters and stories. Resistance was awful. Heir to the Empire in the EU was great and I also highly enjoyed Michael Stackpole's X-Wing series and I remember enjoying Black Fleet Crisis but it has been a few decades since I read it. I was never a fan of the Vong stuff although a few books were enjoyable there. I am a huge Ahsoka fan and I really love Rosario Dawson. She plays an older Ahsoka very well and Natasha was a great casting choice for Sabine, but the show was garbage. It did not even get to the point until the final 2 episodes. I really like Baylin, but they did nothing with him or his apprentice. The character changes for Sabine were just bad and took her backwards from Rebels and the explanation and shoehorning her as a force -user were done poorly. It has nothing to do with "vibes." I dislike the live offerings. They are just bad. There are some hints of good ideas but never executed well. They shows always seemed rushed, maybe because they have short seasons and runtimes. They jump from place to place rather than taking their time. Andor was a rare exception, but often just stalled. I will watch season 2 as I liked the characters. These are my opinions but I find the writing is terrible across the board. I stand by my opinion and my "A, B, and C team" statement. Maybe they are decent writers and the Lucasfilm leaders are doing them dirty and making compromises that affect the final product but I have zero confidence in live action SW now.
