Ok, here's what I've got for my next fun-filled session. Last session, 3 of my 4 players were present -- they got to have fun with temporary superpowers, along the lines of the season 4 episode "Upgrades." The 4th, a Russian (I've got this set during the current season), was on a diplomatic mission with another team since the player was absent. This new session will be 2 months after the previous. The team will have been given leave time based on their recent experiences. I want to try to place a little more emphasis on the personal lives of the team members and what they do when they're not off-world or in the med bay There are a few new wrinkles to their tales now, however. The Russian, unknown to him or anyone else, returned from his diplomatic mission a Zatarc -- I'm not sure for who yet, but I think it will be fun a little down the line. And one of the others is having a few medical problems now from his little superpowers incident -- in fact, he's dying but doesn't realize it yet. The team will be called back into duty to help out the Tok'ra. They are currently relocating to a new home, having encountered problems with sabotage at their last one. They found the spy in their ranks, but he claimed no responsibility for all of the damaged and sabotaged equipment. So the team is asked to investigate the site and find out what may have caused it. What they will encounter is Replicators -- turns out that the Tok'ra were trying to interrogate an individual they had captured snooping around nearby their base before everything went to hell. This prisoner was, unbeknownst to them, one of the evolved human-looking Replicators from season 6. When it broke back down into normal tiny ones, the Tok'ra just assumed he had escaped and began to pack up and move. One of the major developments that will come after the action is the ill team member succumbing to his disease, and having to take on a Tok'ra symbiote to survive (the player and I talked about it, and he really wants to give it a try, so I figure what the hey)-- and of course this will muck with everyone and their lives, which is where the fun will really begin... So, whattaya think?
