Starry Sky in the Outer Planes?

RUMBLETiGER

Adventurer
3rd edition, grayhawk setting. However I am open to any descriptions from other settings and editions, obviously not considering Planescape since space and the Planes are treated differently.

Is there reason to believe any of the outer planes are infinite Up? while many of the Outer Planes clearly indicate having no sky (Byopia, Pandimonium) or stretching endlessly in a non-planetoid fashion (Limbo, Acheron, Mechanus), do planes such as Ysgard, Celestia, the Beastlands and Arborea have anything akin to outer space and a starry sky?

EDIT: Manual of the Planes mentions Karasuthra, the 3rd layer of The Beastlands as having stars. Hm...

Remember that Outer Planes are locations built of pure belief, growing vaster and more complex over time as the beliefs of their inhabitants and the Primes that have faith in them change. So what a star actually is may not be related to what it is on the Prime. Maybe its an angel assigned to the spot in the sky. Maybe its a portal to the Positive letting energy leak through to nurture life on that plane. There are lots of possibilities...

Indeed. However in this case I'm more interested in what the text of official sources say.

Alright, came across this entry regarding Celestia, "Lunia's sky is dark but filled with silvery stars..."

and yet, rising to the highest point of the layer leads to the portal to the next. I'm curious if it is possible to fly above that point into the sky.
