Statistics for a Piercer?

As I was plugging along through the adventure creation yesterday I suddenly came across where I was going to place some piercers and stopped short in my tracks. Maybe its just a severe case of brain freeze ... but can someone direct me to a Wotc or a d20 source that has the description of the piercer?

Oh yes - this is for a DnD 3.5 module.

The Tome of Horrors also has a 3.5 version (PDF only). Best resource out there for DMs who want to use a lot of creatures WotC hasn't brought into 3rd edition (or for creatures they don't like the 3rd edition updates).
