Stats for Oxen?

A somewhat mundane question but here goes

Are there any stats for Oxen?

I considered the ones for Bison in the MM but a 22 str seemed rather strong, considering a heavy horse/Clydesdale only has a 16.

At a 22 str it makes it a superior draft animal at only 15gp, since overland wagon/cart movement is limited in speed the lesser movement rate would not seem to matter. Eveyone should be using Ox carts for transport

Ideas?

Have them use a further reduced speed rather than their normal speed when hauling a cart, similar to different base speed characters under heavy loads - say, 10/15 ft rather than 20 ft - but otherwise use Bison stats. Sure, they can haul more weight for less money, but they will take longer to get there (and thus cost more in feed and water).
