The fact that it effectively stacks with itself should make it worth even more.And "The PC's will never have access to it" has never been a convincing argument to me. It tends to indicate that the DM in question KNOWS he has wrecked the rules, and is relying on his own judgement to make sure the game survives it. If that's really the case, then making up rules for this (and prices etc) is really a futile excersize. You may as well just put together some creatures or creature templates.</blockquote>
