SteamPower Publishing is pleased to announce the release of its d20 city book, the Gates of Troy. The Gates of Troy is a comprehensive sourcebook on the ancient city of Troy and the Trojans at the time of the Siege of Troy.

The Gates of Troy includes everything you need to find honor, glory and adventure within the legendary citadel or to run a game set during the Trojan War using the core rulebooks alone.

The Gates of Troy includes rules for playing Trojan PCs, with Trojan-themed feats and rules for character backgrounds; d20 stats and background for ten of the foremost Trojan heroes (and one villain), alongside a handful of minor characters; details on every major location in the city and adventure hooks aplenty.

Featuring a stunning new map of Troy by Clayton Bunce.

The Gates of Troy is available in pdf format right now from RPGNow, priced $5.00 and clocking in at 45 pages.

Yes it would - that was one of the original aims/intentions, but we didn't have the time. I intend to post at least two web enhancements for it - one with OGL Ancients stats, and another using the mass combat/realm management rules from Eden's excellent Fields of Blood. Both free of course.

One of the intentions of the book was that it require as little extra as possible - just the core d20 rulebooks and nothing else. We think we've managed this without compromising the feel of the setting.

Thanks for the feedback,

Andrew
