My homebrew is heavy steampunk.

I've been wanting to buy the Iron Kingdoms books but I don't feel like paying a average of $150 for each of the core IK books on Amazon (does anyone else think that this is ridiculous?)

I also own Etherscope but have yet been able to actually play it.

Qua? Ouch. Of course, that's why Ebay was born. Looks like you can get a few core books for around 40-50 US dollars.

Don't bid on the World Guide Volume 2 that's selling for 7 GBP, though! I call dibs! :]

My homebrew for 4e is also heavily steampunk.

Got:

-Locomotives
-Steam powered cities
-Clockwork/Steam powered automatons
-Steam Generators for electricity
-Victorianesque fashion/architecture.

I just saw Gentleman's duel yesterday. poodle was the best lol. Yeah alot of the IK books are on E-Bay and I got all mine at Barnes and Nobles for a total of 200 bucks. (CG,WG,MM, and the Witchfire Trilogy.)

Sir Thimsric

P.S. Is Final Fantasy Steampunk or is that somthing different?

Poor guy. I've got the same problem. Nobody 'round here seems to care about the setting at all; they might like the tropes, but they don't give a crap what "Cygnar" is or why Khador is angry at the rest of the IK.
