They will be escorting a nobleman as part of </p><p>his semi-independent entourage (and they will not be the only members</p><p>of the entourage). The primary settings will be Sharn and Xen'Drik</p><p>but we may move to other locations (and/or planes) as we play.</p><p><em> - To be more completely fleshed out later.</em></p><p></p><p><strong>DMing Style</strong>:</p><p> I'm a novice DM, though I've been told that I'm good at it. I'm not </p><p>so great with intrigue and politics, though I'd like to explore this </p><p>aspect of roleplaying. I like the concept of a living world wherein </p><p>things happen whether the PCs are there or not.</p><p> I am <strong>not</strong> terribly fond of halflings and gnomes... especially</p><p>the trickster/comic relief/cleptomaniac archtypes. I'm toying with the idea of paying all</p><p> surviving PCs via thier contract with the Treasure Hunting </p><p> consortium. And then anything found on adventures belongs to</p><p> the consortium... but can be purchased from the consortium </p><p> (i.e., PCs get first dibs).</p><p> * The Half-Orc no longer has a CHA penalty. Instead it suffers a</p><p> -1 Racial Penalty to Bluff, Diplomacy, Handle Animal, & Sense </p><p> Motive skill checks.</p><p> * we will be using a non-standard [b]Sorceror[/b] class.
