Stitched flesh familiar - evolved?

Can an undead familiar gained through stitched flesh familiar feat (libris mortis) gain the evolved template? if so, then eventually they would gain them naturally as all undead, given time. that can make my stitched flesh spellstitched raven even more interesting an encounter!
