Meanwhile, Tessa emerges from the forest back with the horses who appear apprehensive at the going ons. Snarling, the wolves pounce. The one near Ashlyn thrashes with its jaws, and the bloodied bear tumbles to its feet. [17hp with bite; trip attack succeeds] The other, smelling the halfork, lunges at Ladreth. The brush, luckily, turns the massive jaws aside.
