Stoneskin DR problem

Will DR stop a Chelicera's (MM3) bite from draining constitution? The DR rules say that if the damage is negated all special injury stuff is negated too. The bite doesn't deal damage, just drains con. Sorry for lack of info, I'm posting from a cell phone.

As far as I can tell from what you have described, no.

Incidentally, you kids these days and your mobile phones and your cellular internet access and your ball point pens and your hand sanitizers and your roller skates and your high impact plastics and your nylon fishing lines...

First, a chelicera's bite does not actually drain Con. Its blood drain works only if it pins the target (during a grapple).

That said, when I read the DR rules...

Whenever damage reduction completely negates the damage from an attack, it also negates most special effects that accompany the attack, such as injury type poison, a monk’s stunning, and injury type disease. Damage reduction does not negate touch attacks, energy damage dealt along with an attack, or energy drains. Nor does it affect poisons or diseases delivered by inhalation, ingestion, or contact.

...it doesn't appear that DR would negate an attack (or special attack) that deals only ability damage and no hit point damage. Thus, the chelicera's blood drain and various other ability damaging effects would pierce stoneskin.
