Initiatives were rolled, and the spellcasters somehow both went first. The sorceror pulled out a pot of greek fire and got ready for the mayhem.Then the Wizard took his turn. And cast lightning bolt. Killing the sorceror and the archer, critically wounding the Knight and the Barbarian. Oh, and wiping out most of the monsters.Then the Greek Fire pots exploded. The only survivors were the dwarf (on about 5HP), the thief (who had Evasion), and the dumb wizard in the first place.Ever since then, he's taken pride in placing his spells where then can cause the most damage to the enemy, regardless of the consequences to the party...</blockquote>
