Subscription problems?

I was just wondering if anyone else has encountered problems with the length of their subscription since the change was announced back in Janurary? I ask because I just received a notice in the mail that I ahd only 3 issues remaing. As I look back my original sign-up date my subscription should take me to March '04. So I guess I'm wondering what happened to my extra 6 issues that Johnny Wilson (on this site on Feb. 15th '03, check the nes archives) said I'd receive for having 13+ issues left in my subscription?

I was reluctant to post this because I didn't want to start any Paizo bashing, I thoroughly enjoy both Dungeon/Poly and Dragon. I just thought other subscribers might want to be aware of the situation.

I received the same notice and thought it strange. I am sure my subscription goes longer then stated in the letter. Now that I see others raising an issue, I need to look into mine as well.

Well, I tried calling Pazio and the nice girl I talked to, Amanda, told me their computer was down and that she couldn't look anything up. I asked if it would be better if I called back next week and she said yes.

So, I'll let my email go for a few days and try calling next week.

Well, I noticed that Paizo was hireing a customer service person. Perhaps this was forseen...

Just to let you guys know, I applied, and should I get the job I will do everything in my power to help you guys out.
