I would pump it back up to at least third level just because of the surprise value. This allows the spell to be used as soon as you can wildshape. It is just a large portion of your spellcasting capability at that point. You should define the methods that people could use to detect the items. True Sight should do it. Arcane Sight and Detect Magic may be useful. Decide if See Invisibile or any other spells would notice anything. Is there anything about the animal that someone with huge spellcraft who was familiar with the spell would notice? The duration probably should be no more than 1 hour / level or until the druid reverts to their normal form, whichever comes first. I would probably start it at 10 minutes / level and see how it worked there. If it is underpowered, a druid discovers a trick that suddenly allows them to get a better duration. Would there be any visible effects associated with the items? If the druid was wearing darkwood plate +3, I'm assuming this spell would give him the full AC bonus and stack with any natural AC from the wildshape. That is pretty powerful. How would the cloak of the chameleon work in wildshape, they change the color of their fur or something? If someone saw the wildshaped druid wearing boots of striding and springing, would you allow them some sort of spellcraft roll to understand how the creature was capable of running so fast and jumping so far? Are you the GM or a player trying to work out the specifics of this spell?
