Suggsted plastic card pouches for power cards? :)

Odd question, but, was thinking of getting plastic card holders, like for collectible cards, for 4th ed Powercards, in the official 4th ed Character Sheet pack, anyone suggest suitable covers that are right size?

ta for any help! :)

You propose to purchase plastic pouches to protect power paper parallelograms when presently playing?

Sorry about that.. if you don't get sleeves you may get them laminated. What size are the official power cards?

Laminating is more effort than it's worth when you're going to be reprinting them every level.

Just pick up a box of card-sleves for Magic the Gathering and you should be good to go.

I just bought a couple of sets of Deck Protectors from Ultra Pro. I recommend them as they have them with different coloured backs, which I can use for easier identification of at-will, encounter, daily, item powers etc.

I do clear sleeves so that I can print out pretty card backs. This also means that I can save money on card stock because I can print out a single set of backs, and put the powers on normal paper.

I have my card backs color coded by player so that it's easier for people to keep their stuff separate.

I use magic: the gathering card sleeves, though I got the cheapest coloured sleeves I could find.

Using grandpa's power cards (printed in black & white, for more cheapness).
Sorta breaking the official colour coding somewhat by putting stuff like "stand up" and "coup de grace" in green sleeves, class features and other rules in blue sleeves, etc.
For some strange powers, such as healing word, I'll tap it first, then flip it over when using it a second time.

One thing you can do is you like to leave empty boxes and write on the cards directly is go to your home supply store and buy some clear shelf paper. You can get enough to do 1000's of cards for a few bucks. I think my wife got the one I absconded with for $4 and change. If you need/want backs while you're there pick up some 3M contact spray, spray the backs of the front and back slap them together, unroll some of the contact paper and drop your cards on it, then unroll a bit more and fold it over. One of those pizza cutter style knives that quilters and seamstresses use and you can zip between the cards and free them pretty easily and quickly. You can also write on them with vis-a-vis makers as the players level up or change weapons etc. as the numbers change.
