I've decided that NAME FORTHCOMING has been lately involved with Illmater's monastic order The Broken Ones. (This allows, or at least did in FRCS 3.0 free multiclassing with Cleric, divine disciples, etc.) His story is fairly straightforward, really. He was a commoner, a simple dockworker trudging through life's drudgery. He saw a friend of his and his family attacked by some thugs on the street one day. He tried to jump in and help them but was not only ineffective but hurt badly. He awoke outside of Westgate somewhere in a temple of Illmater. Apparently the thugs had taken him with them after they killed his friend and their family. They had dumped him off on the side of the road somwhere hoping for his end, too. But a passing group of monks grabbed him and brought him to their temple of the Broken Ones. After he awoke, he stayed on helping out and after peeking in on one of the monks' martial classes; tried to join. They allowed him in and he took to the basics easily enough, but everyone involved could tell that he wasn't cut out for the rigors of monkdom. But his devotion was apparent, so one of the clerics to Illmater passing through took him under his wing and put him on a more divine, spiritual path. He has set out to find his fortune through Illmater's graces, and has (fill in the reason or way he has hooked up with said group.) He has vowed to be ready to help people in need, from that day forward, no matter the circumstances.   Lawful Good, maybe a tinge of Neutal Good when it comes to blustery, blowhard beauracracy that doesn't help the people. Sound okay, Indy?The only odd thing that i would like to persue, if possible, is whether or not we could see about maybe getting a divine familiar for him. Mystic Wanderer (Magic of Faerun, 3.0) PrC received one at 2nd level. Just curious. Had an old 3.0 cleric in FR that had an eyeball beholderkin for a familiar (with improv. familiar feat) and it was one of the coolest aspects of meeting new people in-game. Little tentacles peeking over my shoulder.. lol. Would like to see if maybe I could get into the exalted stuff and take some kind of celestial familiar, of course this would be at pretty high levels, so no rush.</blockquote>
