Sunless Citadel in Eberron

Simple question: how would you modify the Sunless Citadel for use in an Eberron campaign? What monsters would you change? How would you introduce more intrigue? Where would you place the citadel?

Man, that is a lot of work you are asking someone to do for you...:lol:
 

I'm using it.

In my campaign...

1. The main bad guys are a Dolgaunt (cleric of the Dragon Below) and a Blue (telepath/thrallherd from the XPH).

2. Much of it is still buried. Several 1st floor rooms are still being excavated by kobold slaves and the bottom floor doesn't exist at all.

3. It is an old forgotten temple devoted to the Dragon Below.

4. It's encounters have been increased to challenge a 2nd-3rd level party.

5. Most creatures the PCs will meet are goblins, kobold slaves, dalgrims and dolgaunts, though there are a few surprises.

6. The tree, the druid, and the twig blights aren't a part of the adventure.

7. Oddly enough, the PCs are going there to rescue a half-black dragon kobold child. :)

That's an interesting solution -- but doesn't it remove the essence of the adventure?
