Super Sayian

Hello all... well im posting this to ask anyone, if they have made or seen some sort of creation of using super sayian powers in the world of dungeons and dragons 4th edition. ive only come across 3.5e.

also the use of naruto based ninjutsu, taijutsu and genjustsu would also be helpful and interesting to add to my adventures...

I haven't seen anything 4E, but it's easy enough to apply such powers to NPC's and monsters. For PC's it's a bit more difficult, but certainly not impossible.

Stonefist Monk-Multiclass-Barbarian. Use Ki Foci to improve your unarmed strike and add some special effects. Use the Hurl Weapon feat to turn your monk unarmed strike in to a heavy thrown weapon with range 5/10. Burn a power swap feat to earn yourself a Barbarian Rage.

You'll be making energized ki strikes at range and you get more powerful when you get angry.
