It was fine for a struggle and escape scene it just looked so cartoon-ish Lantern and hawk girl saving whateversville was just a predictable walk in the park. Barely an inconvenience as they say in pitch meetings. Sup and Crypto fighting sup clone was pretty good though.Probably, these DC movies have tons of these scenes. I think largely they move right into ensemble units in DC films and spare the origin story (which conceptually im ok with) but you are often left with a lot of questions about these folks. Black Adam had these problems too. Im sure folks tired of hearing about Marvel but they just seem to do this stuff better and I was hoping Gunn would bring some of that to DC. I will say his Superman was good in that it didnt have plot holes or was ultra dreary it just felt like a slightly above average run of the DC mill at the end of the day. So, for the films sake its probably better than my opinion says, I just had high expectations that the Gunn run would breath some life into these DC films.</blockquote>
