Oh, man! This is the first I've heard of a new Logan's Run movie, only to find out in the same paragraph that it may not happen. Damn. I'm going to go watch the original and cry myself to sleep now. I love that movie.
 

Synger was developing "Logan's Run" for Warner Bros., so it may still happen (and X3 may happend with Synger too), only everything's postponed until after Superman.

And yes, the original is mighty good!
