Support caster?

I'm looking for a class or prestige class where you buff (and maybe heal also) your allies? Is there any good classes or prestige classes for that?

The main restriction is that my DM has banned wizard, and I don't like the bard class. The class or prestige class doesn't have to be a caster.

Or Crusader from the Book of Nine Swords. Multiclass with Cleric for best effect. Segue into Ruby Knight Windicator... The White Raven school of maneuvers has some great nonmagical combat buffs, particularly for a melee-orientated party, but there is much greatness to cherry-pick from the Tome of Battle.

Every class Dandu mentioned will do a good job but seriously, what class is better at party buffs than the common-or-garden Cleric? Combine with pretty much any (or several) full-casting prestige classes that Clerics get and you're golden. There are some reasonable Divine feats that let you do stuff like insta-buff or insta-cure with the expenditure of turning attempts... and at mid levels you get access to Persistent tomfoolery.

The only thing about the Marshal that I like is the Grant Move Action ability. Talk about battlefield control.

Psion: (can be used to heal with appropriate powers)

Ardent: same but Life mantle.
