But I believe that no matter what class those spell belong to, they should be stronger than spells in general list so players have reason to cast them instead of those optimal choose. I only see that in those wizard spells. Most  sorcerer uniques spell don't spark joys when readed, white room analysised, and playtested. They just bad, and it got worse when tied bad spells to subclass feature so to be benefited from subclass feature player have to cast those lackluster spells.And he said dragon wing is a lower level feature, but in both 2014 and playtest it is a Lv. 14 feature. I think he don't even remember what version of inner material they have made public.</blockquote>
