Right of Counsel is something you might want to give a second thought to as it isn't something you will get a lot of use out of without the ability to teleport.I don't want to mess with the paragon classes any more than I have to in order to make your character playable. Nor do I like the idea of changing racial traits. Pick either elf or half-elf and let the differences manifest themselves through role-playing. You could pick elf but role-play your character as having a bit of human blood or pick half-elf but choose to emphasize the elf qualities over the human qualities. As for the paragon levels, you can pick one or the other, but I don't think there is much of a need to change them. At most, I will allow you to change elf paragon caster levels to cleric or trade the half-elf paragon bonus feat for a cleric caster level.</blockquote>
