1)What are the effects of an item been considered restricted.?
2)Does it cost more?
3)Also, what is the effect of the black market on prices?
4)Finally, does a fringer/scoundrel get a +10 when buying illegal goods (barter)? oa +5?
Sorry, but I looked in the revised core book, and it doesn't explain whta the in-game effects of having erstricted weapons (price, permits, etc...) and how the black market works.
