Synergy

Had a great time fishing this weekend (still didn't catch anything, but it was fun anyway).

Now back to the questions (err, just one actually).

Is there a link that shows what skills really back up individual feats.

I basically mean skills that will stack with feats. I know that there are feats that improve skills.

Plenty of social skills and athletic skills back up most feats. Rarely do any of the others compliment feats well except in rare instances.

Jump
Diplomacy
Intimidate
Bluff
Tumble

Are the main ones you will probably see the most used that compliment feats with similar styles of play for those who focus in those areas. Like the example noted above.

For instance, a person who likes to scare people would focus on Intimidate and get the Imperious Command feat to further compliment it.

Usually I find its better to have skills to match feats than it is to have feats make up for skills.

My first guess would be Bluff and Improved Feint. Something along the lines of a feat that uses a skill to create an effect. Therefore a better skill score will make the feat more effective. If that's not what the OP is on about, then I haven't got the foggiest clue...

Synergy, in general, may be defined as two or more things functioning together to produce a result not independently obtainable. The term synergy comes from ...

Skill / Feat Combos that work together in different ways to further define a characters style of play.

I am not aware of any existing index that compiles what you are looking for.

Skill / Feat Combos that work together in different ways to further define a characters style of play.
While not feats, this above line of yours reminds me of all the Skill Tricks in Complete Scoundrel.

These.

Leveraging off Talonblaze and RUMBLETiGER
intimidate (skill) --> never outnumbered (skill trick) --> imperious command (feat)

Jump --> Leap of the Heavens

One thing to try is use this database and search on the skill names (like intimidate) or effects (like demoralize).
