[QUOTE="doctorbadwolf, post: 7554752, member: 6704184"] “Ship”’s full name is, A Good Cook Is A Ship’s Luck. She is jet black, short furred, with sharp green eyes. She is also very short, at 4’11”. She is a Swashbuckler Rogue/Fey Warlock (Chain). She fights with a rapier made from a dragon Turtle’s claw, and is accompanied by a flying fey cat (reflavored psuedodragon). Her family have always been fisher cats, from a medium sized a coastal town. Her mother, Don’t Dive For Pearls Until You Have Enough Fish (called Pearl for short) is mother to 20 or so children, of widely varying ages. Ship’s litter-mates all saved their money to get their own fishing boat, because they were born on a ship in a surprise storm, and given names after well known ship wisdoms. Clearly, they were born for the sea. Ship had an encounter with a spirit cat as a child, who later revealed himself to be the Cat Lord. Eventually she learned magic from him, and her twin brother, Follow The Crow’s Flight To Find Land (or Crow) became a Paladin of the Cat Lord. Today, she travels as an adventurer, and sends money home to her siblings and mothers, as they save money to get a proper sailing vessel, and become proper merchant sailers. edit: She is also an expert Cook, and specializes in spicey fish dishes, preferably with fresh raw fish, though she also does a mean open-flame-seared filet gyro with hot curry sauce, and a wild seafood chili.
