My gaming group is in dire need of 2 new gamers. Super guru’s who know every RPG rule ever written or Newbies who are still trying to figure out how to read a d4 and any one in between are welcome. The only requirement is to be at least 18 years of age, able to deal with three 30 something’s (and one 20 something), consistent, to not be easily offended and a significant sense of humor. . The place skinny: We game every other Saturday from 3:00 p.m. till we call it a night (this is usually around 10:00 p.m., but it can go later, much later). The gaming occurs in the beautiful suburb that is Federal Way at one of the player’s house. Our set up is on the bottom floor of his plush golf course split level, with couches around a large table with a glass over white background table. Over said table we have a Digital projector with which maps and grids are projected on to the table. The game skinny: We seem to play d20 exclusively (three of the current four, to include myself, are original members of this group and have been playing for nine months now) to this point. This includes Modern and D&D. Our current game, which is only two sessions old, is of the Cyberpunk genre. It started with d20 Modern and Homebrewed Cyber rules. It has now changed to the bastard son of Mutants & Masterminds, d20 Modern and Homebrew Cyber. Beware, it will have its first beta testing this weekend. The future holds: Homebrew D&D 3.5 world (I am not stealing this from Privateer Press, I promise). Some type of paranormal/modern horror/Buffy-ish/Hellboy-ish kinda thing (this is just a seed in my brain and hasn’t sprouted much less provided fruit). And, maybe, just maybe, d20 Gamma World. If any of this rambling makes sense and you find yourself tingling with interest, drop me a line: warchilde_x@yahoo.com
