But the answer to that question won't affect the final decision.If you don't own the trademark, you can't protect the brand name. I am no fan of Christopher or Great Victory Widgets, because they're spammers and so forth, but based on the evidence I've found you don't have much of a leg to stand on. The archives of bc-products.net show that they were claiming trademarks, so they ought to be able to provide evidence of current trademarks to you if they really had them.</blockquote>
