Taking out the stat Heroes Out of D20 Modern

I'm doing my own D20 Modern style game that's heavily customized


I don't like the stat hero portion of the game so I'm taking it out and putting the "Stat Hero" feats into the General feat portion of the game ( and compensating by allowing Characters a larger number of feats then a normal character)

so my question is, Should all the "Stat hero" feats be in intergrated to my new classes, or should they remain part of the General pool?

What your question really seems to be about is whether certain abilities should have a high level of exclusivity--in this case, by limiting them to a certain class.
The consequence, of course, is that in order to have the ability at all, a character must tediously take every other aspect of the class into which you have put the ability/feat.
 

Actually I've been looking at it..


I already planned for characters to get lots of feats via an attribute enhancement, I don't want to throw in the "Stat" hero System into my game cause it'll confuse things again.

However, I think stripping the normal Class hero abilities into the general pool and then fixing a minimum stat level and other pre-reqs might be a better idea.

(Since I want the people to stay within their own class)
