On his belt he carries a warhammer, a heavy pick, a dagger, which all appear to have seen heavy use, and a fine quiver. Strangely no bow is apparent. His mount Ironjaw is a vicious and imposing giant lizard which is also armoured in blood-red studded leather like its master.</p><p></p><p><strong>Personality</strong></p><p>Gothog is a tough mercenary who has seen a lot of combat in his short years. Content with his current role in life he tries to aid those with a good cause when he can, but has on the rare occasion been fooled into helping the wrong side. He is generally gruff and direct even when speaking in a social setting, and becomes belligerent when challenged. His friendship is hard to secure, but once it has been gained it is equally hard to destroy.</p><p></p><p>Before battle he is often heard praying to Kord to give him strength, though it doesn’t appear that he needs it.</p><p></p><p><strong>Background</strong></p><p>Gothog was raised among his orcish brethren, never knowing his mother, and faced many hardships for being halfblooded. He was constantly teased and tortured as a child, so he learned to fight back early and hard. This gained him some peace within the tribe, but even so he was not content.</p><p></p><p>Once he was of age he was forced to join the orcish war parties. During these devastating battles Gothog did his best to aid those his tribe were slaughtering, helping a few escape here and there, but it just wasn’t enough for him. Eventually during one of his tribes raids, he slaughtered the orcs that were guarding a group humans who were to be taken for slaves and fled the tribe with the humans in tow.</p><p></p><p>Since that time he has served the cause of good wherever possible, hoping to wipe the evil deeds of his brethren from his memory and his soul.</p></blockquote><p></p>
