They act as advisors, negotiators, and all around bureacrats, and they often act for their masters in day to day decision making. </span></p><p><span style="color: lightblue">They are tall, noble, and pleasing to the eye. They prefer to dress in flowing silks that are appropriate for their duties. Their skin is dark tan with a bluish cast.</span></p><p><span style="color: lightblue">It was long thought that the tasked administrator genie was only one species, but research into this field has revealed that it is in fact two different species. The air administrator and the water administrator. The only real physical difference between the two types is the water administrator has the ability to breathe water and lacks the ability to fly. The two types mingle freely, but always choose a mate of the same type as them selves, a few even pick mates among the non-genie races, creating half-elemental offspring.</span></p><p><span style="color: lightblue">Tasked administrator genies are rarely bound by magic, but rather by their own innate honor. If one of these genies have freely given their service to another being, the genie will never break its promise.</span></p><p><span style="color: lightblue">Both species speak common and the language of their element. If unable to flee and their charm person ability fails, many would be agressors learn that the tasked administrator genie is a fierce combatant.</span></p><p><span style="color: lightblue"><strong>Spell-like abilities:</strong> 3/day - <em>Charm Person</em>, <em>Detect Thoughts</em>, and <em>Tongues</em>; 1/day - <em>Suggestion</em>; These spells are as cast by a 6th level sorcerer (save DC: 14 plus the spells level).</span></p><p><span style="color: lightblue"><strong>Planeshift (Sp):</strong> A genie can enter any of the elemental planes, the astral plane, or the material plane. This ability transports the genie and up to six other creatures, provided they all link hands with the genie.
