Teleport - I need a variant

I am running a Dragonstar-based campaign. Until now, nobody is high enough in level to be able to cast teleport, but I will probably require a Navigate Check to teleport to other planets. (Even a Teleport without Error will be enough in this case).
You could force the same with a Knowledge(Geography) Check or an Intuit Direction Check. Make the DC based on the knowledge about the relation between the characters place and target, or something like that.
