Monsters should be written in concordance to the 3.5 rules.</p><p></p><p>-Sir Reginald Halfbottom's Chop Shoppe is a new running article that will detail modified weapons and alternate weapon use. Weapon modifications will be more than just simple modifications - they will redefine the weapon! Weapons should be written in concordance to the 3.5 rules.</p><p></p><p>-ElfClash Freebies will include free information on <a href="http://www.rpgnow.com/product_info.php?products_id=2440&"><u>ElfClash</u></a> and it's world. If you have picked up the book, feel free to submit new spells, feats, and other supplemental material for the article!</p><p></p><p>All submissions will be read, and those accepted will be notified by email (be sure to include this in your submissions!). Those that submit items to the magazine will be credited for their submissions, as well as given a complimentary copy of the issue. Should someone submit a short fiction story, entire articles of more than 1,000 words, or otherwise contribute to the magazine (with art, etc), he or she will be entitled to a percentage of royalties from the issue (based on amount of work submitted).</p><p></p><p>Submissions are due by Monday, March 15, 2004. Late submissions will not be accepted, though may be re-submitted for the next issue.
