That's all I got right now (very tired). People can copy and paste to that list if the want. I don't think Elemental is gonna be on there though, since we already have Elementals, Efreet, Archons, Elemental Giants & Titans, etc. We've got enough Elemental to last dozens of campaigns.
I'm looking forward to two things:
1. I bet some of those templates are going to be totally new concepts to D&D, and they'll be cool.
2. A Template Builder's Guide-rules. I want to make my own templates. Specifically, I want the evil Emperor Dragooz to take the cruelest, most sadistic criminals from the Empire's prisons and subject them to terrible rituals that transform them into hulking, bone-crushing brutes that show unswerving loyalty to the Emperor's Warlocks and all the compassion and kindness they had before. These are the shock troops the Emperor's enemies meet in battle, These are the guards that guard the palaces.
They are Sardukar. Half-Giants. Uruk-Hai. What have you.
Now you know where they come from. They were men once, but now twisted and evil(er).
