First Post
As I've mentioned in a few places, I've been rather depressed and stressed lately, which was why my posts sometimes were erratic in frequency. This is me officially noting that for everyone, so anyone who sees this who is in games with me, if I go quiet and the DM hasn't seen this, please make sure they do.

Additionally, I may be a bit quieter than usual in the IC at the moment as I'm recovering from my first real hangover, from really overdoing it on Saturday. I don't think I've really got a hangover anymore, but I either caught something there, or I'm just sore all over. I still remember most of what happened.

Oh, and someone go get Scott and tell him I had some Dewar's Scotch on Saturday! lol

Just don't tell him you drank it as a shot! Scotch should be sipped, usually on ice, and sometimes cut with a little Pellegrino (or other water of choice).

Hey, I'm a new drinker and that's how the host served it! It's all his fault! (he's also the one who ended up getting me so drunk I couldn't even walk for a bit)

Well, the ill effects (hang over) is not from the Dewar's Scotch. It had to be every thing else you drank. Not the fault of my drink of choice!

Haha, lemme give ya'll the list.

2 Shots of Dewar's Scotch(first drinks of the night)[yes, it was shots, I blame host], 2/3 of a glass of Cpt Morgan's Long Island Iced Tea(17% alcohol), a half filled glass of Jack Daniel's Whiskey and SoCo(yeah, they mixed it), a shot of some kind of vanilla vodka, and a Mike's Hard lemonade.

>.> I didn't feel anything for awhile, so the host kept having me drink more and more. So I was perfectly normal, then I needed people to help me walk. >.<

which is why I now prefer to stay undrunk. tipsey is ok and so is lightly buzzed.

Comfortly numb and sloshfaced is never a good idea. Not only do you wake up wondering what you did and why you did it, (the hangover), but you have figure out where you are and where is the car!

As an avid drinker of many years, I can honestly say that I've only ever lost my car once! :P

Hahaha, I only have a permit and I'm nervous to drive sober, no way I'm driving drunk. Anyway, I had only been aiming for tipsy, as when I drank first (couple years ago on new years) I had two shots in two hours, and hardly felt a thing, so I knew it was more than two. Now I know it's less than 7 and more than 2. >.> My friend apparently hadn't gauged how the alcohol would effect me quite right, but overall they said I was pretty easy to look after, they were really only worried about stairs for the most part.

So, while I got way drunker than I intended to, it was still pretty good overall, besides the 6 hour hangover afterwards. Ugh... Not worth the hangover. But at least now I've a bit better idea how much I can handle.
