That's mostly driven by the fact that I am (a) not a fan of Christmas Trees, (b) not a &quot;builder&quot;, and strongly-dislike-to-ungraciously-tolerate &quot;build optimization&quot; in all its forms, and (c) hate Wealth-by-Level tables with the burning radiance of a 1000 suns.If #5 referred to &quot;IH House-ruler&quot;, I could be that guy - but the shear amount of work involved in that is exhausting.
