Well, a few thoughts. 1. The Inspire Confidence ability should have a note that it is useable at least once per day; otherwise it would be useless at 2nd and 3rd level, since it says 1/day/4 aristocrat levels. 2. The bonus feat list should of course include Skill Focus, but also Track, and some combat feats appropriate to fencing, defense, archery, and mounted combat. Nobility who weren't entirely privelaged to be lazy bums (even if only through peer pressure urging them to activity), were generally well-trained in horsemanship, hunting, archery, and fencing. I might even suggest giving a minor class feature to the class that provides them with one or more trained war dogs/hunting dogs, or hunting falcons, or the like, at least from berniers and falconers loyal to the Aristocrat's family, to help out in battle (at no cost to the Aristocrat, in terms of initial acquisition and normal upkeep costs for the 'pets'). Similarly, Handle Animal should be a class skill, in case they take up falconry or the like as a hobby. 3. The class is just a bit too underpowered combat-wise, being too fragile and meek in battle. Of course this is partially to be expected (any Aristocrat training significantly in combat would likely multiclass into Fighter, or Knight if available in the campaign), but still the class should be a bit more fun/capable in combat. Bards have lots of spells to choose from that may provide entertainment or effectiveness in combat, but the Aristocrat has none of that. I suggest giving one or two class features that help the class defend itself; for instance, one offensive ability to hit more accurately (a bonus on one attack roll per round, equal to Int bonus, for instance), and one defensive ability to better avoid harm (Wis bonus to AC as a dodge bonus, against one opponent per round, for instance). It would also be quite reasonable to give them Improved Feint as a free feat at some level (without needing the prerequisites), since Aristocrats probably learn to taunt, disgrace, and insult others fairly well. 4. Following all of my suggestions above may overpower the class, but just consider them a batch of ideas for consideration or inspiration. :D
