Bard suggestions I like it, I like it. I think it's a good start, some picky suggestions: 1) The auto-reroll for so many skills seems a little overpowered. I'd limit it to history and religion, and then Bard's choice -- streetwise or dungeoneering. 2) I don't quite understand the whole "If the bard has made the check" deal with the skill check bonus. I'd make it 1/2 Bard Chr Bonus to all skill checks if the bard can be singing/performing, +1 otherwise. (Sometimes, you just can't sing "Bluff, Bluff, Bluff the stupid ogre . . . ") Re spells/abilities: COMMAND is way way overpowered in my opinion. Warlords have an at-will exploit that allows a basic attack on an opponent, this is a bunch of people attacking a bunch of opponents potentially. CUNNING STRIKE I like, but I think it's a little broken to base the attack off of charisma, given how much that's used already for the bard, I'd make the attack off of Dex. It's a little odd but prob can keep the damage bonus based on Chr -- or make the attack Dex vs Reflex like the Rogue power. FEINT AND THRUST, bleah, seems very busy for a -1 penalty and such. I like True Strike, and I think that we absolutely need an exploit, either at-will or daily, that resembles the 3.5 Bard "sing to help you friends hurt people" ability. Now, in 4E-land, people generally aren't allowed to just be vaguely supportive, they usually DO stuff that has supportive side-effecfs, but I think an at will of: SING a SINGY SONG At-will All allies that can hear the bard get a +1 bonus to hit and damage until the end of the bard's next round. In subsequent rounds, the bard may spend a move action to reset the duration of SING a SINGY SONG. -or- Encounter All allies that can hear the bard get a +2 bonus to hit and damage for the next two rounds. I also think an at-will power that allowed all allies to spend a healing surge as a minor action or a move action would be pretty cool and not unbalanced. Daily powers, thinking one that gives a big morale penalty to foes, one that gives a big movement burst to all allies (all allies get to shift three squares as a free action before the end of the bard's next turn, as well as +2 to AC for the rest of combat), and an uber-heal that helps even those that have fallen unconscious -- or helps them even more. Or . . . to get away from the heals, one that gives temporary hit points equal to 5+ the bard's charisma bonus, *and* fallen allies can spend a healing surge to stabilize. Some of this may be overpowered and can be tweaked, just throwing some stuff out there . . .
