The Bard: What changes would you like to see?

we hear that the bard is going to get a tweak in 3.5. Now bard is one of my favorite classes...I feel very comfortable as a bard. I was very happy when I first saw the 3e bard, getting there own spell list, Bardic Music etc. But I can see where some tweaks would be good.
We know(or I think we do anyway) that they are going to get more skillpoints..something I think many people do already anyway. We hear, more Bardic Music abilities, and clarifying the whole concept. We hear, a tweak to the spell list.
To me this sounds pretty perfect. More skill points..some more abilties..and a little spell list tweak I think bards could use a teensy tiny bit of firepower maybe some more sonic spells..perhaps a few more unquie spells.
What changes would you like to see? What sort of new spells and Bardic Music abilties?

i, for one, would like to see the arcane spell failure penalty for casting spells while wearing armor removed for bards. other than that, you seem to have it pretty well-covered.

You wouldnt by any chance be asking for more sonice spells for the Bard class because the Bard is your favorite class, and you know that most creatures have no immunities to sonic damage do you?

Most definetily the Bard need's more firepower, but not too much. I already like their Jack of Trades treatment given.

Actualy no. I said that because sonic seems like the energy type bards would be most likely to use.
And yes to the no spell failure part darkbard...I forgot to mention that.
