that right there is how I see things going down. The folks of deal will most likely be semi-for the BMF rolling into town given that they (as you mentioned) have access to technology, drugs and booze (and the booze is free!). They will probably be willing to put up with the shenanigans in exchange for the influx of luxury goods the BMF brings. This is very similar to the sleepy littel hamlet of Nanaimo near my hometown of Vancouver which, once a year, sees the Hell's Angels roll into town for a huge party--"Angel's Acres". The Angels have the tacit approval of the Government and people of Nanaimo becasue the collectively drop more than a million dollars into the local economy. But it is easy to imagine what would happen if the Angels didn't leave after a week or so (or in this case, the BMF). In pretty short order the disruptive antics would become less and less tolerable, despite the benefits to the community (which would trail off as the economy stablized around the new capital). In no time your town would be full of jackass-do nothings who think you owe them somthing because they traded you some ecstacy two weeks ago...and are very sorry that their camp is starting to stink, but it's all cool isn't it? No, it's not. And people begin to grumble. First about the more extravagant troublemakers, but eventually about the whole crew. And eventually, someone suggests contacting the Knights of Genetic Purity, because they'll run those animals off, and at least they are serious-minded and regimented. I think the game sounds fantastic.
