In celebration of GM's Day, I put out my first product on DM's Guild, The Buccaneer's Bestiary. Several players in my Spell & Crossbones play-by-post campaign encouraged me to translate my work on that setting into a product, and here's the first step. It's pay-what-you-want, as will be the other releases dealing with the "Dark Caribbean." The Buccaneer's Bestiary This 74-page bookmarked supplement provides a host of monsters and NPCs that pirates and scallywags are likely to encounter on their voyages across haunted waters and raucous ports of call. Additionally, detailed encounter tables provide you with a rich swashbuckling milieu and just the right touch of horror and mystery to spice up the characters' adventures. The full preview allows you to see over half the supplement. However, here is what you can expect to discover within the pages of The Buccaneer's Bestiary:

26 pages of encounter tables covering ports of call, sea encounters, island encounters, undersea encounters, and encounters in the dreaded Abyss.
Writeups on 15 generic NPCs suitable as crew, officers, and spellcasters aboard the characters' ship, or as adversaries.
Writeups on 35 beasties ranging from the lowly Jenny Hanniver and comical Skull Crab (CR 1/8) to the awe-inspiring Giant Nautilus (CR 13) and horrific Wastrilith (CR 14).
Two new templates for the mischievous dancing Dry Bones Skeleton and the cursed Seaclaimed Creature.
An index of all NPCs and beasties organized by CR.
