The ones that were already there bite him for a little damage though (ongoing 3) before he knocks them off with a brush of his hand. The hobgoblin hits some of the small rats and the swarm looks smaller than it first did. Might be close to breaking ranks and scattering. Quagmire also rallies Alexander's spirits (healed 11 HP's)-The swarm of rats makes another push and bites primarily at Girth, but he shoos them away and prevents himself from being bitten this time.-The remaining two giant rats both attack Hrav, but neither can sink its fangs into the bugbear.-Hrav and Alex can go. Hrav gets hit by the swarm's aura attack for 8 damage, but they miss Alex. Alex takes 3 more from the ongoing damage though.
