It identifies basic layout, creatures, and major energy sources. Its movement is blocked by any physical or energy barrier.</p><p>Cypher - Gravity Nullifier - (lvl 8) - A small platform on which the user must stand. For one hour, the user can float into the air, moving vertically (but not horizontally without some other action, such as pushing along the ceiling) up to a short distance per round. The user must weigh less than 400 pounds (176 kg).</p><p>Cypher - X-Ray Viewer - (lvl 7) - A glass panel that when held up against a solid surface, this panel allows the user to see through up to 2 feet (0.6 m) of material. The panel works only if the material’s level 6 or less.
