It's like pointing to Pun-Pun and wondering why every PC isn't a kobold demigod.Frankly, I think the real table arguments will be over the use of forced movement on allies -- since it ignores difficult terrain and can often add considerably to total distance moved, it might be worth it for the fighter to suck down a small attack in order to be defact flung across the battlefield.
