[sblock=Atreus]One day a letter reaches you at your current place of residence, bearing your name in a familiar florid script. The envelope smells faintly of garlic and sulfur. Opening it, you are unsurprised to find a letter from Doddoddod. You have done minor jobs for him in the past, usually of a mundane and somewhat demeaning nature, such as fetching a certain brand of jelly-filled pastry in the middle of the night because they were supposedly fresher then. Doddoddod is a repulsive old bastard, but he pays well. The letter reads as follows. "Atreus. I hope this letter finds you in good health and available for immediate employment on a job of some delicacy. My apprentice, whom I'm sure you remember -- ordinary looking chap, bit of a foul mouth, dresses with a modesty and humility most becoming in one of his inferior station -- has taken on a job on my behalf. The job itself is hardly important, some minor errand or other, but the customer is a lady of some influence and taste. I would like her to be impressed, and I'm afraid in hindsight that my apprentice may find even this simple task beyond his meager talents, despite the fact that I've lent him several of my more competent attendants. I would like you to accompany him and keep him from getting caught doing anything that would embarrass me with Lady Glasston, the employer I spoke of earlier. Your reward will be something suitable to the difficulty of the task. If you are amenable, please present yourself at my estate at your earliest convenience." The wizard's signature fills the rest of the page. [/sblock]
